Veventa ensures that notification emails are written and developed properly to avoid non-delivery issues. Here are a couple of things that may be happening and some solutions:
1.) The email is going to spam.
SOLUTION: Check your spam filter, and ensure that "firstname.lastname@example.org” is added to your address book / list of contacts.
2.) The corporate /organization mail server is blocking the email. This can sometimes happen with larger entities with strict mail server filters.
SOLUTION: Add "email@example.com” is added to your address book / list of contacts so it is recognized by your mail.
If that issue persists, your participant may need to contact their corporate / organization IT department and ask to have veventa.com be added as a trusted domain.
